In the scenic Pennsylvania countryside, there is a stunning equestrian property with an impressive custom barn built by B and D Builders of Lancaster County, PA. The design of this barn was elevated by incorporating authentic reclaimed antique materials imported from Europe, specifically for the paddock entry and driveway edging.

Monarch Stone International was pleased to import and supply the antique Historic European Cobblestone, reclaimed European bricks and handsome limestone curb – which can be seen winding elegantly along the curved gravel approach. The beautiful cobbles were originally installed in village and city streets in Europe 100 to 400 years ago. The top surface reveals an impressive patina that is naturally worn after centuries of exposure to weather, foot traffic, horses and carriages.

The 100+ year old hand-molded antique brick also imported from Europe, have distinct features, some with visible aggregate deposits, which add a rustic look to their natural aged beauty.

Massive sections of full height (14″ to 16″hg) antique reclaimed limestone curb in random lengths of 24″ to 60″ long were chosen to frame the long curved driveway approach to the barn and paddock area. Notably, the original chisel marks add character and charm, making this product so incredibly unique! Reclaimed curb compliments antique cobblestone and is perfect when used as raised edging and borders for protecting soft-scape and lawn.

Designed to purposefully evoke authentic European charm, this stunning horse barn and property creates a lasting impression.
